Shipping guidelines

A. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding holidays and weekends).
B. Delivery time: 7–12 business days, maximum 14 business days.
C. Shipping method: Air freight.
D. Shipping costs: Free.
E. A fee may apply for providing an incorrect address or changing the delivery address.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive further information once your order has been shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order. Tracking information will be available after 48 hours.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of receiving the order confirmation, please contact us at gunnhild@elewerk.com and provide your name and order number. We will investigate the matter.

If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately by email at gunnhild@elewerk.com and attach your order number and photos of the damaged product. We handle each case individually and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
