Refund policy
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returnable products must be unused and in the same condition as when received. They must also be in their original packaging.
Many products are non-returnable. Lost items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Personal care products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids and gases are also non-returnable.

Some health and hygiene products
To receive a refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return the products to the manufacturer.
Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the goods. This email will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.
Delays or missing refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as the official processing of the refund can take some time.
After that, contact your bank. It can also take some time for the refund to be credited there.

Refunds:
There are no fees for defective products. If you cancel your order while it is in transit, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is not defective and you wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated in the return policy, no further fees will apply.
Exchanges:
We only exchange defective or damaged products. If you would like to exchange a product for the same product, please send an email to gunnhild@elewerk.com.
If your product is defective, you will not incur any costs. If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated in the return policy, no additional costs will apply.
Gifts:
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the purchase price. Gift cards will be sent to you after we receive your return. If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver arranged for delivery to you at a later date, we will refund the purchase price to the giver and notify them of your refund.

Please contact us by email at gunnhild@elewerk.com before returning your package to confirm its status. Once the status is confirmed, you can return it according to the instructions from our customer service. Packages returned without prior confirmation or authorization cannot be replaced.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the replacement product to arrive.
